Despite its reputation, HITS struggled with an outdated and unorganized back-end system. The primary goals of the redesign were to modernize the UI/UX for a more engaging and intuitive experience, enhance accessibility and optimize navigation, refine site architecture to improve content hierarchy and discoverability, and boost SEO performance to increase visibility and reach.
