Enhancing E-Commerce
Orange is dedicated to providing curriculum and resources for churches, with a focus on children’s and youth ministries. Their unique approach blends church (yellow) and home (red)—hence the name "Orange"—to create a holistic faith development experience for kids and families.
Problem
Orange’s online store and content delivery faced several usability challenges, including complex UI/UX that made navigation and purchasing less intuitive. The key objectives of the redesign were to streamline product detail pages for clearer information and better engagement, improve the VBS store page to enhance discoverability and accessibility, and simplify the overall shopping experience to boost conversions and make it easier for parents and church partners to find and purchase resources.
Solution
Collaborating closely with the knowledgeable team at Orange, the redesign focused on delivering a more intuitive and user-friendly shopping experience. Key improvements included refining UI/UX for better clarity and ease of use, optimizing navigation to ensure partners and parents could find what they need effortlessly, and enhancing the purchasing flow to reduce friction and drive higher conversions. By simplifying the online experience, Orange was able to better serve its mission—helping churches and families connect through impactful faith-based resources.
